REFUND POLICY
At Skyeen Beauty, we hope you love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- Products must be returned in resalable condition
- Customers must contact us before returning any item
To request a return, please email us at orders@skyeenbeauty.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Important Information
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products that have been tampered with
- Items not returned in their original condition
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. If the returned products do not meet our return requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and return the item back to the customer at their expense.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect, or if your parcel does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@skyeenbeauty.co.uk with your order number and clear photos where applicable. We will work with you to provide a suitable resolution.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
